• Personalized Kundli Reports, Tarot Reading PDFs, Palmistry & Numerology Analysis
• Spiritual products like Rudraksha Bracelets, Yantras, and Healing Accessories

All services are offered for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

• Service Delivery: All digital services are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
• Product Shipping: Physical products are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and third-party courier services.

3. Payments

• We accept 100% advance payments through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway.
• All transactions are securely encrypted.
• No Cash on Delivery (COD) or EMI options are currently available.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Digital Services (Kundli, Tarot, Palmistry): These are personalized and therefore non-refundable once delivered.
• Physical Products: Refunds are only applicable if:
  • The product is damaged on arrival, and
  • You raise a refund request within 3 days of delivery.

Please email support@nisku.in with order ID and evidence (photos/videos) for refund processing.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are accepted only for physical products in case of damage or manufacturing defect.
• Return request must be raised within 5 days of product delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer unless the fault is on our side.

6. User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree:

• To provide accurate and complete information for orders and reports.
• Not to misuse, copy, or exploit our services/content for unauthorized or commercial purposes.
• Not to post or transmit any abusive, unlawful, or offensive content via our contact forms or chat systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Nisku and its team shall not be held liable for any decisions or actions taken by users based on our spiritual reports or product usage.
• Our services are not a substitute for medical, financial, legal, or professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.
