At Nisku, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.

📦 Returns – Physical Products Only

We accept returns only for physical items such as Rudraksha bracelets, healing accessories, and other spiritual products under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Conditions for Return:

• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You raise a return request within 5 days of receiving the item.

• Product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized digital services (e.g. Kundli, Tarot, Palm Reading PDFs)

• Items used or altered after delivery

📝 How to Request a Return:

• Email us at support@nisku.in within 5 days of delivery

• Include:

  • Your order ID

  • A clear photo/video of the item and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

After approval, we will share the return instructions.

💸 Refund Policy

1. Digital Services (Kundli, Tarot, Numerology, etc.):

• As these services are customized and delivered digitally, they are non-refundable under any circumstances once processed or delivered.

2. Physical Products:

• Refunds are only applicable:

  • If the return is approved due to damage/defect

  • If the product is not replaceable

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• If the issue is caused by the user (e.g., incorrect address, misuse), refund/replacement will not be applicable.

🧾 Cancellations

• Orders for digital services cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed.

• Orders for physical products can be cancelled before dispatch only. Email us promptly for cancellation at support@nisku.in.
